First Aid Tent

This position is typically covered by the Health and Safety Coordinator, however, in the event this board member is unable to attend camp, the First Aid Tent position must be filled.

A full description is posted on the Board Member page. In short, you’ll be faced mostly with cleaning scrapes, and the unlikely, but potential bee sting, and helping thirsty girls hydrate.

  • Commitment: 5 full days is preferred (Monday from 8:00am - 2:15pm and Tuesday through Friday from 8:15am - 2:15pm)

Station Supervisors

Station Supervisors play an essential role in bringing camp to life! You'll collaborate with our program coordinator to ensure you have the support needed to feel prepared and confident. You’ll be responsible for setting up the station and leading campers through your station, possibly with the help of a station assistant. If the station is assigned a program aid or councilor in training to lead the station, you will provide guidance, ensuring a safe and fun experience for all.

  • Commitment: 5 full days is preferred. Possible 2 or more full days available
  • Discount: Receive an accumulating 20% discount off camp tuition, per volunteer day, up to free tuition
  • Receive priority registration

Station Assistants

You are the extra hands and hearts that help camp run safely and smoothly. Station assistants primarily assist station leaders in moving campers through stations. Stations are educational and engaging - think activities, crafts, and recipes - and we’ll make sure the station to which you are assigned fits comfortably into your schedule.

  • Commitment: Minimum commitment of 2 full days
  • Discount: Receive an accumulating 10% discount off camp tuition, per volunteer day

Registration Tent

If you have a warm smile and a happy hello, we need you! In the registration tent, you’ll sign campers in each morning as they arrive and sign them out each afternoon as we close the book for the day. If you'll be driving your daughter to and from camp, simply plan to arrive a little earlier for drop-off (coffee in hand) and stay a bit later for pickup.

  • Commitment: 5 days, mornings (8:00am - 9:15am) and afternoons (1:30pm - 2:15pm)
  • Discount: Receive a 20% discount off camp tuition
  • Receive priority registration

Morning Setup

We are looking for a few HEAVY LIFTERS! A small group of regulars is needed to lead the setup of our camp infrastructure daily. This role includes moving equipment such as canopies and tables, as well as smaller gear.

  • Commitment: 5 days, mornings from 7:00am - 9:00am
  • Discount: Morning only receives a 50% discount off camp tuition
  • You may choose to commit to both morning setup and afternoon breakdown for priority registration and a 100% discount off camp tuition

Training required: setup and breakdown volunteers who are not otherwise volunteering the full day with the campers are not required to attend the volunteer training sessions. However, you will need to receive instruction from our facilities coordinator regarding the proper way to set-up camp canopies.

Afternoon Breakdown
